First day

9 miles down after just shy of 19,000 steps yesterday. My trainers were banished to the porch due to bad smells. 

That mega mug

Decaf is still on the go in prep for 155 miles in May. Thanks so much for the donations already. Please checkout the charity. They do amazing work. I'll try and live up to the mug. 

Way in advance

So this thing kicks off in May. I'd say I do close to if not a little more than 10,000 steps a day currently. But then again I've gone and picked the 155 miles challenge. I guess it's time to get in to training. Decaf activated.

I’m taking on the Mega Miles Challenge in support of the Charity for Civil Servants.

The Charity for Civil Servants supports current, former and retired civil servants when they face tough times. From mental health struggles and financial assistance to relationship issues, getting through grief, and coping with disability, they’re here to help people stay strong, whatever life brings.
