Let’s see how far we can go as a Civil Service community, to help each other when life gets tough.

How many miles will you pledge to stroll, walk, jog or run during the month of May?

Taking place during the month of May, you can do it when it suits you! Some may do it throughout the whole month, and others may want to organise one big walk – however you do it, you'll make a difference to civil servants who need our help right now.

Set your distance target and do as much, or as little, as you choose. It's your challenge, do it your way. We've set some targets, or you can choose your own!

  • 35 miles – equivalent to 10,000 steps a day for 1 week
  • 70 miles – equivalent to 10,000 steps a day for 2 weeks
  • 155 miles - equivalent to 10,000 steps a day for the month!

It's FREE to take part and you can do it on your own, or in a team. There'll be leaderboards for you competitive types.

Once you've signed up you'll be able to create or join a team and from 1st May you can connect your fitness tracker to make it really easy!
