Move 4 Mental Health 2025
I'm logging all miles for the MoJ Move 4 Mental Health campaign.

Move 4 Mental Health is an annual mental health awareness campaign organised by the Ministry of Justice Project Delivery Mental Health Allies. It lasts for 6 weeks and its purpose is to promote the benefits exercise has on our mental health. We host our campaign in our private group on the free exercise tracking app, Strava. We started the campaign in 2020 and its grown every year since!
This year, in collaboration with the Charity for Civil Servants, we are logging all our miles from Strava, onto the Mega Miles platform! We will do this manually each week and promote the Mega Miles campaign to help raise money for this brilliant charity!
