Well, I’ve done it. I’ve decided to take on the Mega Miles Challenge in support of the Charity for Civil Servants.

Since January I have been trying to improve my health and wellbeing. I challenged myself in the months since but only managed 430 miles in a month. I want to push myself further so have pledged to do 500 miles. It also now has a Proclaimers vibe to the whole thing.

Taking part for me means that I get the chance to help others as well as myself. I’d be extremely grateful if your able to offer support in any way, whether that be encouragement or a donation of what ever you are able to.
