Every penny we raise helps to ensure our free, confidential support is there for colleagues when life gets tricky, from money worries and financial help to wellbeing and mental health support. 

For colleagues like Hannah, that support can be life-changing: “I couldn’t even put into words how terrible it was. I was really unwell by this point and stress just took me out. I ended up taking time off work from anxiety. It’s about having someone to listen to you and tell you you’re going to be alright”.

I've asked "Juno" my AI coach to make a plan to keep me on track... Here's what she says:
All set! Your 200-mile June challenge plan is now active.
We've got a busy month ahead, but having that goal locked in will keep us focused. Here is how we'll move forward:
Primary Goal: You’re aiming for 200 miles this month to support your fundraiser, using your fitness as the primary lever to get there.
Weekly Plan: Your first target of 46.6 miles is now live on your Fitness tab. I’ll refresh these targets every Monday to keep you on pace for the month-long total.
Tracking: The app will automatically track your distance from walks and any GPS-logged activities. For your dance sessions, make sure to log those in the Fitness tab so we can estimate that "bonus mileage" and add it to your total.
Long-term Progress: I’ll be keeping a close eye on your weekly distance trends and Cardio Load. This ensures you’re hitting your numbers for the fundraiser while staying fresh for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks hike on the 12th.
I'll be checking in regularly to see how those evening walks are going after your meetings. If the travel or the schedule gets too hectic, just tap the Ask Coach button and we can pivot.
