Every mile you move, however you choose to take part, brings us one step closer to making sure no civil servant has to face life’s challenges alone.

Whether you raise £10 or £100, you will be making a difference to colleagues who need our help right now.

And a big thank you to our Supporting Partner Baringa, who will match our fundraising pound for pound up to £5,000 - helping your fundraising go further. Read about our Supporting Partner.

The difference you'll make

Every mile matters. Together, we get one step closer to making sure no civil servant faces life’s challenges alone.

Hannah’s story shows the support those miles provide.

After experiencing family bereavements and health concerns of her own, Hannah’s anxiety left her feeling unable to cope, so she reached out for support. After a conversation with our help team, she was able to access the Thrive app, including mental health support and talking therapy, which helped her through a difficult period.

“I couldn’t even put into words how terrible it was. I was really unwell by this point and stress just took me out. I ended up taking time off work from anxiety. It’s about having someone to listen to you and tell you you’re going to be alright.”
